The baños are honestly amazing. I won't say the things I've been dealing with but it definitely helped with putting my mind and soul at ease. Prior to the baño, my anxiety was off the roof and I just felt constant negative energy around me, my mental thoughts were constantly negative. It definitely helped to relieve that stress, it is like a lightweight lifted off of you. I also gave my 1-year-old daughter a baño to remove any negative energy around her, I am a strong believer in children being in paths and feeling the energy of others around them strongly. So I just wanted to not only pray over but wash away all the negativity. I definitely recommended it to everyone.
My skin felt warm but now I am calm. Not a single thought in my mind, and I'm glad because lately I've been gaslighting myself and this baño made all of that quiet. As my depression has been so bad and I've been in such a deep hole.
As it dries more I feel more tired, as if it's dragging the negative energy out of me. It is such a relaxing feeling like when you do yoga. It cleared up my hives and I feel more at peace.
So much has happened since doing the baño. Literary nothing but emotional turmoil in a lot of areas in my life. It's really strange because along with that I've been able to sleep like a baby every night since then which has been a constant issue for the past year of my life. I also want to add that since then I've had a lot of excitement in my business. All in all, I was a huge skeptic. But I do believe in this baño and your craft, thank you so much !
The baño worked so well, I finally had a peaceful night's sleep after using it ! I feel lighter and more intuned with my surroundings. I also feel clarity which I haven't felt in a while. I will definitely want to get another.
